Guided by the relentless efforts of our community, we constantly strive to reduce youth usage of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD).  We create a supportive environment that empowers our youth to make positive, healthy choices.  This environment is created through community-wide initiatives that educate, prepare, and train.  We also implement educational curriculum, youth activities, and consistent positive messaging that empowers our youth with confidence to make the choice not to engage in ATOD.
